Encounter a diverse mix of classic and contemporary, fiction and documentary films from home and abroad - selected to enlighten and entertain. The Whanganui Film Society is a volunteer run, membership-based, incorporated society with charitable status.
Our committee is elected by members at the Annual General Meeting each November. Membership is open to all (censorship ratings apply). Full membership is exceptional value at just $3 a film - even less with a discounted membership. With the exception of six films in 2018, all screenings are open to members only - so get ready to join up! |
